Well, I started the day with 12 push ups and 20 squats. I ate well this morning and I got to work on time. All thing yay me! AND for me- I am working on wearing my hair down... ALL Day long.... It's gonna be a tough challenge, but usually, I pull it back and look like a scum bag all day. :) So here is to looking a little better.
AND my behind is a little sore today from our little bike ride yesterday... but not terrible! :)
